Episode 2: The Story of My Children’s Medical Kidnapping by CAS of the Waterloo Region (Ontario)

My baby was misdiagnosed as a victim of child abuse by Dr. Kathleen Nolan from McMaster hospital, while he was acutely sick.

The misdiagnosis lead to 6 months of apprehension by CAS of the Waterloo region and criminal charges against their father, who was the last caretaker alone with our baby son. With covid delays, it took three years to get out day in court where he was fully exonerated of the charges.

Have we been treated as innocent until proven guilty, or in our case until proven innocent? Hell, no. There is no presumption of innocence in medical kidnapping cases.
